a lovely anniversary stay
complimentary drinksroom upgradechocolate slatecute staff
the staff made our anniversary special with complimentary drinks (a good surprise!). they upgraded our room to a beautiful space. we even received a slate with 'happy anniversary' in chocolate and brownies, it was unexpected and touched my heart. the team is so cute and helpful with any questions, which makes every visit special.
the room was positioned above the front door, this meant there was some noise from people entering and leaving late at night.

the rooms are a nice size and they are clean, modern and well-appointed. the shower had excellent pressure, offering a refreshing experience. the bed was comfortable and i slept soundly.

the staff members consistently deliver great service, they are friendly and accommodating to requests. communication was easy and smooth. the check-in and check-out processes were effortless.
